Privacy Policy & Non-Sharing Data Commitment

1. Overview & Scope (Future DMZ LLC)

Future DMZ LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Future Cab Affiliate Directory as an independent directory publisher protected under 47 U.S.C. § 230. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when independent operators submit directory listings or when travelers browse and use our voice relay and directory services, and sets forth our ironclad commitment to never sell or share personal or mobile opt-in data.

2. Strict Non-Sharing Data Clause & Mobile Opt-In Protection

Future DMZ LLC enforces a strict zero-sharing policy for all personal contact records, phone numbers, and SMS consent data:

  • No Third-Party Marketing Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
  • Exclusion of Opt-In Data: All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, ever.
  • No Sale of Personal Information: Future DMZ LLC does not sell, rent, lease, broker, or trade operator or traveler telephone numbers, email addresses, or call relay metadata to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

3. Information We Collect & Directory Publishing Purpose

  • Operator Onboarding Submissions (/join): When an independent black car or limousine operator applies to list in the Directory, we collect the operator's business name, contact name, service city/state, business telephone number, and business email address solely to review and publish their directory listing and route traveler inquiries via masked voice relay.
  • Twilio Masked Voice Relay Privacy: When travelers click "Call Driver" on a directory listing, calls may be routed through a secure Twilio proxy relay (+1 (888) 422-CABS) so that caller and operator PII remain protected in accordance with 47 U.S.C. § 230 directory standards.

4. SMS Opt-In, Opt-Out & Communication Preferences

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from Future DMZ LLC regarding your operator listing status, verification, or requested concierge support:

  • How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all text communications.
  • How to Get Help: Reply HELP for assistance or call 800-212-8942.
  • Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Listing Removal & Privacy Inquiries

Independent operators may request updates or removal of their published directory listing at any time by contacting Future DMZ LLC Network Support at 800-212-8942. See also our Terms of Service.

47 U.S.C. § 230 / INFORMATION DIRECTORY PUBLISHER

1. INDEPENDENT DIRECTORY PUBLISHER ONLY (47 U.S.C. § 230) — NOT A CARRIER OR BROKER: The Future Cab Affiliate Directory ("Future Cab 2.0"), published by Future DMZ LLC, operates strictly as an independent information directory and Yellow Pages style advertising board protected under 47 U.S.C. § 230. Future Cab is NOT a motor carrier, passenger broker, transportation provider, transportation network company (TNC), common carrier, contract carrier, livery base, or tour operator. Future Cab does not own, lease, operate, maintain, inspect, schedule, or control any motor vehicles, nor does it employ, supervise, endorse, or act as an agent for any independent driver or local affiliate listed on this website.

2. DIRECT DRIVER NEGOTIATION & SEPARATE CONCIERGE SERVICES: Every telephone link (`tel:`) published on a driver listing connects travelers directly by voice with independent third-party drivers and local affiliates who price themselves directly with the customer. Future Cab does not quote rates, process payments, collect commissions from drivers to list, or participate in any agreement for transportation entered into between any traveler and any listed operator. 3. INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION OF LICENSURE & INSURANCE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Informational badges such as "Curated Partner" or "Verified Affiliate" and customer ratings are provided solely for reference. Municipal livery permits, commercial for-hire automobile insurance policies, and operator credentials may change or expire without notice to Future Cab. Travelers are solely responsible for verifying the active licensing, commercial insurance coverage, and safety of any independent operator prior to booking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future DMZ LLC and Future Cab disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, claim, delay, or damage arising from any interaction or engagement with third-party operators listed in this directory.
