1. Acceptance of Terms & Corporate Identity (Future DMZ LLC)
Welcome to the Future Cab Affiliate Directory ("Future Cab", "the Directory", or "Platform"), owned and published by Future DMZ LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, searching, calling an operator listed on, or submitting an affiliate listing to the Directory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. 47 U.S.C. § 230 Independent Directory Publisher Protections — Not a Carrier or Broker
Future DMZ LLC operates strictly as an interactive computer service and Yellow Pages-style information directory publisher protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230).
- No Carrier or Broker Status: Future DMZ LLC and the Future Cab Affiliate Directory are NOT a motor carrier, passenger broker, transportation provider, transportation network company (TNC), common carrier, contract carrier, livery base, or tour operator.
- Third-Party Operator Content: All business names, operator profiles, service areas, vehicle descriptions, credentials, and telephone contact lines published in the Directory are provided by independent third-party operators. Under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1), Future DMZ LLC shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.
- Direct Voice Negotiation: Every direct-dial or masked voice relay connection initiated through the Directory connects travelers directly with independent third-party operators who set their own rates, terms, and schedules. Future DMZ LLC does not quote fares, process passenger payments on the Directory, or take a cut of driver fares for directory listings.
3. Independent Operator Representations & Staging Queue
Independent black car, chauffeur, and limousine operators submitting listings via the /join portal represent and warrant to Future DMZ LLC that they maintain all required municipal, state, and federal commercial livery permits, airport authority badges, and active commercial for-hire automobile liability insurance. All new submissions enter an unverified holding queue (verified: false) and may be published, modified, or removed at the sole editorial discretion of Future DMZ LLC pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2).
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms, Opt-In & Opt-Out Guidelines (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
By providing a mobile telephone number to Future DMZ LLC (whether during affiliate onboarding, directory verification, or concierge support requests) and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive operational, verification, and dispatch-related SMS/MMS notifications from Future DMZ LLC:
OPT-IN CONSENT: Consent to receive SMS messages is strictly voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS (STOP): You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Future DMZ LLC at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation text and cease further SMS communications unless you explicitly re-initiate opt-in.

FREQUENCY & CARRIER RATES: Message frequency varies based on directory verification or inquiry activity. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STRICT NON-SHARING OF MOBILE DATA: No mobile information or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will ever be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE DIRECTORY IS PROVIDED BY FUTURE DMZ LLC ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRAVELERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING THE ACTIVE LICENSING, COMMERCIAL INSURANCE COVERAGE, SAFETY, AND SUITABILITY OF ANY OPERATOR PRIOR TO ENGAGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUTURE DMZ LLC DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DELAY, LOSS, OR DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY INTERACTION OR TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENT WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY OPERATOR LISTED IN THIS DIRECTORY.
